At Dave’s Cobbler Shoppe, we do not support exchanges once an order or service request has been placed.

We are unable to accept exchange requests due to incorrect selections made by the customer, including wrong service choice or incorrect provided information.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may already be processed or in service, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Cancellation Fee
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value if the cancellation request is approved.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery or service completion.
After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
Eligible Cases for Returns & Refunds
We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

- It may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank
